São Paulo, August 17, 2026 — Applications are now open for Nubank’s 2027 Internship Program. This year’s program is aimed at undergraduate students from any field of study who are interested in technology, data and artificial intelligence. It offers 50 positions for students eager to apply AI, data and coding to real-world problems while contributing to cross-functional AI projects. Interns will work with models and agents used in Nubank products.
“We are looking for curious students who are interested in technology and eager to learn by doing. In the 2027 Internship Program, artificial intelligence is at the core of the experience, reinforcing the role of talent as a competitive advantage in transforming financial services through AI. At Nu, people at the beginning of their careers have the opportunity to take on challenges from day one, turning ideas into solutions with real-world impact alongside professionals at the frontier of AI,” says Suzana Kubric, Nubank’s CHRO.
One of the program’s distinguishing features is dedicated technical mentorship, delivered through learning sessions and quarterly check-ins. Interns will work 30 hours per week under a hybrid arrangement, spending three days in the office and two days working from home. The program is expected to begin in January 2027.
Eligibility
Applicants must be enrolled in a higher-education program — bachelor’s, teaching or technology degree — at a Brazilian university, with an expected graduation date between July 2028 and July 2029. There are no restrictions on field of study. Advanced English proficiency is also required.
The program is looking for candidates with knowledge of programming logic and SQL, as well as hands-on experience building solutions with AI tools such as Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot or APIs.
