São Paulo, March 11 – Nubank, one of the world’s largest digital financial services platforms, announces its new internship program focused on technology areas such as data science, software engineering, and business analytics. Students from any field of study, and who are expected to graduate between December 2025 and July 2026, can apply for the selection process and choose up to two work areas. Applications are open until March 18 and are exclusive to people living in the state of São Paulo.
The program lasts for a year and a half, during which interns will have six-hour working days(30 hours a week - as stipulated by law). The working model is the Nu Way of Working, the company's hybrid format, which consists of cycles of up to seven weeks working remotely and one week in person at one of Nubank's offices. Therefore, applicants must be available to work in São Paulo (capital) during the in-person week and reside in the state of São Paulo.
Those approved in the selection process will have a career development plan, a market-compatible stipend, as well as access to food/meal vouchers, transportation assistance, health and dental plans, life insurance, NuLanguage (a free English leaarning program for employees), among other benefits, such as remote work assistance. The virtual selection process is divided into four stages: applications, virtual tests, group dynamics, and final interviews. The details of each stage depend on the areas of interest chosen at the time of application, and all communication throughout the process will be conducted directly via email.
